Stewart & Irwin's personal services team is staffed with attorneys with the experience and extra expertise to manage clients' personal legal needs, such as adoption, divorce, estate claims, wills and trusts, bankruptcy and tax planning.
Our staff members have had the inside track on these issues, previously serving as a bankruptcy trustee, deputy prosecutor and public defender. Stewart & Irwin attorneys have experience working on the government side of inheritance tax and other tax divisions.
