Alyssa B. Rogers

Alyssa has proven herself as an accomplished and effective business attorney. She has successfully negotiated and closed numerous business transactions ranging up to $30 million in diverse industries such as manufacturing, health care services, financial services and automotive dealers and auctions. She has also assisted companies with raising capital using private securities offerings, and regularly advises businesses on all types of commercial and corporate law matters.

Alyssa has always exemplified hard work and achievement; she graduated from Indiana University, Indianapolis with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with highest distinction and received her doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington graduating cum laude.

Alyssa is a member of the State Bar of Indiana, American Bar Association, the World Trade Club of Indiana and Young Professionals of Central Indiana.

When asked about her greatest legal accomplishment, she replied, "Every transaction I close is important because it is crucial to the client. I once had to drop everything to spend three, twenty-hour days in a conference room in Toronto, but we got the deal done. I hear Toronto is nice, but didn't really see it."

Alyssa has a passion for international travel. She studied for a semester in Costa Rica and plans a trip to a new country every year.
