Cynthia M. Locke

Cindy works primarily in insurance defense in the areas of product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, employment and ERISA benefits litigation.

She is the author of the Indiana sections of two multistate compendia dealing with employment and insurance law respectively. Cindy is a former managing partner at a small Indianapolis defense firm.

"I believe I bring a practical, down-to-earth approach to litigation. I do not believe every case needs to be litigated endlessly. Often cases need creative settlement approaches." Cindy graduated with her doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.

Cindy loves to cook and travel and has a collection of cookbooks from around the world.

She is a former president of the Mental Health Association of Hamilton County and volunteered for many years for the Crisis and Suicide Hotline of the Mental Health Association in Marion County.

"I liked the idea of doing something hands-on and trying to help people who needed an empathetic listener," she says.
