George W. Pendygraft

George W. Pendygraft, of counsel, has over 20 years' legal experience in the areas of environmental, utility and intellectual property projects.

George earned his A.B., summa cum laude, from Franklin College in 1968, his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1972, and his J.D. from the Columbia Law School in 1975. George has served on the Franklin College Board of Trustees and has been National Chairman of the Franklin College Annual Fund. He is listed in the following: Who's Who in America; Who's Who in American Law; Who's Who in Finance and Industry; Who's Who in the World, and the International Who's Who of Professionals. George has also authored numerous publications on environmental topics and spoken extensively on the subject as well.

George is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
