Glenn D. Bowman

Since early in his career, Glenn has dealt with complex litigation issues, such as commercial, insurance coverage and environmental claims. For 14 years, Glenn served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, Inland Paperboard & Packaging Inc. There, he handled commercial transactions and litigation.

"I point to those 14 years as in-house counsel to emphasize my ability to relate to the business issues and concerns of the client," Glenn says.

At Stewart & Irwin, Glenn has focused on business acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, commercial litigation and environmental insurance coverage.

Glenn has been involved in pro bono work for many years. In 1998, Glenn and Inland Paperboard & Packaging received the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Indiana Bar Foundation for pro bono work.

Glenn graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Indiana University, Bloomington, majoring in history and economics. He received his doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.

Glenn enjoys military history, especially the Napoleonic era, and plays tennis in United States Tennis Association-sanctioned events.
