Jeffrey B. Halbert

Jeff focuses his practice in the area of corporate and business law and employment and labor litigation. He handles litigation before state and federal courts in Indiana. He also practices before numerous state and federal agencies including, but not limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the Indiana Department of Labor.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in history from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Petit College of Law.

Jeff is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Federal Bar Association, National Association of Dealer Counsel, and the Indianapolis Inn of Court. Jeff is also a member of the executive committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Labor and Employment Council.

He is admitted to practice law before all Indiana state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Outside of the practice of law, Jeff is a national champion masters swimmer and a marathon runner. Among his accomplishments, Jeff competed in the 2003 Boston Marathon.
