Mickey J. Lee

Mickey J. Lee is a litigator, practicing in the area oflabor and employment, insurance defense, construction litigation, worker's compensation and small business representation. Mickey has represented clients in state courts in Indiana and federal courts throughout the entire Midwest. He has also represented clients before state and federal agencies, including the Worker's Compensation Board ofIndiana, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, the Merit System Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mickey has represented clients in several different areas, including a client in a multimillion dollar construction loss and clients who have been accused of discriminating against employees. Mickey has also served as class counsel representing over 900 former employees in a class action against a major airline. He has also authored appellate briefs before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the 7th Circuit.

Mickey obtained his B.S. degree from Indiana University - Bloomington and his J.D. from Indiana University - Indianapolis. He has been admitted to practice law in all Indiana state and federal courts since 2000 and is also admitted in the i h Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, Western District of Wisconsin, and the Northern District of Ohio.
