Raymond J. Biederman

Associate Raymond Biederman joins Stewart & Irwin to concentrate his practice in the area of Utilities, Communication and Energy. In 2006, he received his bachelor's degree from Butler University with honors, with a major in music education and a minor in math. Ray was honored with the 2006 Outstanding Student Teacher Award and was named among Butler University's Top 100 students of 2005. He attended Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis to earn his law degree.

Ray has participated in all aspects of the litigation process, including development of litigation strategy, discovery, settlement negotiations and trial preparation in both civil and administrative courts.

When Ray is not working with his clients, he serves on the board of directors and as the Education Director for the Kokomo Symphonic Society, Music Director of the Kokomo Symphony Youth Orchestra and is a Conductor/Strings Teacher for the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of Indianapolis. Ray is also an accomplished violinist, playing concerts in venues such as Chicago’s Orchestra Hall, throughout the Midwest and in seven European countries
