RECENTLY PUBLISHED IN THE  AUTO DEALER MONTHLY

Ronald C. Smith, Equity Shareholder and Executive Committee Member of Stewart & Irwin, P.C.  was published in the December, 2007 issue of the nationally distributed Auto Dealer Monthly.

Since 1969 Ron Smith has been representing dealers and dealer trade associations in all aspects of dealership operations.  Currently, he focuses on client purchases and sales of dealerships, factory franchise issues, factory litigation, corporate succession and estate planning issues, corporate issues and employment and union avoidance matters.  Ron is also head of the firm’s automotive retail practice group and was Managing Partner of the firm for more than 15 years.

Ron received his doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.
