STEWART & IRWIN, P.C. ANNOUNCES NEWLY, RE-ELECTED PRESIDENT & CEO

Mary F. Schmid, equity shareholder and executive committee member of Stewart & Irwin, P.C. has been re-elected as the Firm’s President and CEO.

Mary practices in the areas of commercial and complex litigation. Mary prosecutes and defends complex commercial litigation cases for both large and small business clients with various legal disputes in the federal and state courts in Indiana. Significant litigation matters include prosecuting and defending class action cases on behalf of Indiana automobile dealers and successfully defending various large telecommunications providers against customer and contract claims.

Mary earned her doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
