ROBERT M. FRYE, SHAREHOLDER, FEATURED AT AN IBA CLE SEMINAR REGARDING HIS WIN IN THE INDIANA SUPREME COURT
600 LAND, INC. V. METROPOLITAN BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA, ET AL.
Robert M. Frye, Shareholder, was featured today at an Indianapolis Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Luncheon. Bob and his co-counsel spoke regarding the Indiana Supreme Court’s reversal of the trial court judgment that 600 Land was required to obtain a special use permit for its proposed solid waste transfer station. The Court ruled that 600 Land’s proposed use was a permitted use under the Marion County Industrial Zoning Ordinance without a special exception because it fit the definition of a “motor truck terminal” and did not trigger the requirement for a salvage and storage use special exception.
